Rugs and runners can be laid over wood, tiles, laminate, carpet or natural flooring and provide warmth and  a colour or texture that really adds to the styling of the room.  Unlike most of the flooring in your home, rugs and runners can literally be rolled up and moved...either to another room, or to your next home, making them a sound investment financially!

In our showroom ( and on the Alternative Flooring website) you can design your own rugs and/or runners to exactly suit the needs of your home.  There is a wide range of flooring materials from which your rug can be made, from plain and patterned wool carpet to seagrass, sisal and coir.  Unlike rugs and runners brought 'off the shelf', you are completely in control of the border type, colour, size and type of backing (to include non-slip) that works best in the area required.  We have a wide range of samples in our showroom to inspire you, and of course, we will be pleased to offer advice if needed.
